Get yourself back up again, no one else can make you.

take hold of at least one of the hands surrounding you, if you don't, no matter how many helping hands are around, you won't get out of this hole.

Start breathing again, slowly but effectively.

Realise your life, and get back on track with it. 

Let life open itself to you. 

Get back onto your path.

Escaping and running only gets you as far as your next obstacle. 

Face the music, it's loud and worthy of your attention.
